Cape Elizabeth’s Colby Harvey, a standout swimmer at Waynflete School, who holds the Class B state record in the 100 butterfly, signs her National Letter of Intent to attend and swim at Florida State University at a recent ceremony, where she was joined by her family and Coastal Maine Acquatics’ club coach, Leanne Gravel. Harvey is the three-time reigning butterfly state champion and also won the 200 freestyle a year ago. Harvey also had offers from the University of Indiana, as well as the University of Arkansas.
