KINGSTON, R.I. — The University of Rhode Island announces that the following local students were named to the fall 2013 dean’s list: Sam Methot, Victoria Chase and Andrew Descoteaux, all of Biddeford, Aspen Burke of Kennebunk and Cody Perry of Sanford.
