NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Patriots coach Bill Belichick ran the St. Jude Country Music Half Marathon on Saturday and finished with an official time if 2 hours, 36 minutes and 46 seconds.
Belichick ran with his fiancee, Linda Holliday, and they finished the half marathon together, according to The Tennessean. Joseph Chebet won the half marathon with a time of 1:10:36.
“It was a great run,” Belichick said. “I came out to support Linda in her hometown race for her first half marathon.”
Holliday graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, and Belichick was born in Nashville.
Scott Wietecha of Hendersonville, on the marathon with a time of 2:25:52, and Jeannette Faber of Nashville was the women’s winner with an unofficial time of 2:47:30.
