An Old Orchard Beach man was charged with aggravated assault nearly a week after his alleged victim was found bleeding on Sixteenth Street.
Terry Dudevoir, 60, was arrested Wednesday outside of his home at 4 Sixteenth St. on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault. Police say Dudevoir assaulted a 48-year-old man on May 22.
The victim was found around bleeding from lacerations to his head in the area outside of Dudevoir’s house, according to Detective Sgt. David Hemingway.
Dudevoir was released on $1,000 bail.
Police searched Dudevoir’s house as part of the ongoing investigation into the incident.
