Erin Mahoney and Hallie Allex scored four goals each Tuesday to lead Portland to a 19-12 victory against Deering in a schoolgirl lacrosse game at Fitzpatrick Stadium.

Ella Coose and Isabel Stehli each had three goals and two assists for Portland (6-6).

Wyeth Spike had four goals and an assist for Deering (3-9), which trailed 12-6 at halftime, then pulled within 13-11.

WESTBROOK 6, BONNY EAGLE 5: Emma Riley scored twice to lift the Blue Blazes (7-5) over the Scots (3-9) at Westbrook, completing a game that was suspended May 27 with 44 seconds left in the first half due to thunder and lightning.

Katie Berry, Emily Mullen, Brittany Arsenault and Jackie Harris also scored, and Nicole Miranda finished with 11 saves for Westbrook.

Hannah Litif scored three goals, and Krystal Chaisson and Jess Warren added one apiece for Bonny Eagle.

GREELY 12, FALMOUTH 7: Teal Otley had four goals and an assist for the Rangers (6-6), who pulled away in the second half to beat Falmouth (3-8) at Cumberland.

Cam Keefe and Maegan Dougherty added three goals apiece for the Rangers, who led 6-4 at halftime, and Krystyna Rybka finished with 13 saves.

Sabrina Smithwick had four goals, and Sydney Bell added a goal and two assists for Falmouth.

SOUTH PORTLAND 10, NOBLE 8: Shae O’Brien scored three goals, and Mary Cronin and Colleen Fleming added two goals apiece for the Red Riots (6-6), who scored three straight second-half goals to break a 6-6 tie and held off the Knights (1-11) at North Berwick.

Cronin also had an assist, and Courtney Trufant and Ali Tolan scored one goal apiece for the Red Riots, with Trufant also chipping in two assists.

Marissa Goodrich and Alexa Sardinha scored three goals each, and Goodrich also collected two assists for Noble.

THORNTON ACADEMY 15, SANFORD 6: Carly McKenna scored six goals and Hannah Wuerthner added four to pace the Trojans (9-3) against the Spartans (5-7) at Sanford.

Elizabeth Helmreich scored twice for Sanford.

MASSABESIC 10, GORHAM 9: Lexi Foglio scored with four minutes remaining to lift the Mustangs (11-1) over the Rams (8-4) at Waterboro.

Foglio finished with three goals and an assist, and Delia Sylvain scored four goals. Megan Hill made 12 saves for Massabesic.

Katie Tucker scored three times for Gorham.

BONNY EAGLE 18, NOBLE 2: Kyle Whitman had five goals and an assist, Ryan Kern added four goals and two assists, and the Scots (4-8) rolled past the Knights (2-10) at Standish.

Jason Harmon chipped in with three goals and three assists, Stephen Estes had three goals and an assist, and Baker Riddell made 11 saves for Bonny Eagle.

GORHAM 11, BIDDEFORD 9: Abraham Eaton had three goals and an assist for the Rams (9-3), who led throughout against the Tigers (6-6) at Gorham.

Cam Wright and Tristen Brunet added two goals apiece, and Wright also had an assist for Gorham.

Cody Sevigny scored four goals and Chipper Trottier added three for Biddeford.

BIDDEFORD 10, BONNY EAGLE 4: Brady Crepeau pitched four shutout innings, Corey Brown went 3 for 4 with a triple, three runs and an RBI, and the Tigers (14-2) beat the Scots (3-13) at Biddeford.

Crepeau struck out five, allowing three hits and a walk.

Matt Bridges had two doubles and two RBI for Bonny Eagle.

THORNTON ACADEMY 4, WINDHAM 0: Ben Lambert threw a one-hitter and the Golden Trojans (8-7-1) took advantage of four errors by the Eagles (7-9) at Windham.

Lambert struck out seven, walked none and allowed just a single to Spencer Hodge leading off the fifth.

Evan Wright’s RBI double keyed a three-run third for Thornton. Alex Fallon was 2 for 2 and scored.

SACOPEE VALLEY 8, WAYNFLETE 3: Kyle Jordan cracked a three-run homer, Brady Anderson had three runs and four stolen bases, and the Hawks (16-0) downed the Flyers (8-8) at South Hiram.

Alex Fenderson added an RBI double for Sacopee Valley.

Isaac Scher and Nick Morrill hit solo home runs for Waynflete.

WESTBROOK 3, DEERING 2: Jack McCullough hit a game-ending RBI single and the Blue Blazes (9-7) rallied for three runs in the eighth inning to defeat the Rams (4-12) at Westbrook.

Westbrook was held hitless for seven innings by Dan Marzilli before stringing together four straight singles.

Ethan Nash led off the eighth with a walk, Corey Walker and Blake Fillmore singled to load the bases, then Caleb Kent’s hit drove in two, setting up McCullough’s winner.

Deering used a two-out rally to take the lead in the top of the inning. Nick Carmichael and Ben Peterson hit RBI singles.

PORTLAND 10, SANFORD 1: Travis Godbout drove in two runs and allowed a run on four hits in five innings to lead the Bulldogs (10-6) over the Spartans (6-10) at Sanford.

Ryan Ruhlin added a two-run double.

WELLS 11, LAKE REGION 6: Conor Pease hit a go-ahead two-run double in the eighth inning, and the Warriors (9-7) took advantage of six walks to score four more runs and beat the Lakers (3-13) at Naples.

Bennie McMinis allowed seven hits and no earned runs for Wells. He struck out 13 and walked two.

SOUTH PORTLAND 4, GORHAM 0: Henry Curran had seven strikeouts with no walks in a four-hitter as the Red Riots (14-2) shut out the Rams (5-11) at Gorham.

Robert Graff hit an RBI single for South Portland to break a scoreless tie in the sixth inning and Zach Marles followed with a two-run single to push the lead to 3-0.

WINSLOW 3, MEDOMAK VALLEY 2: Harrison Clark delivered an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift the Black Raiders (12-3) over Medomak Valley (3-13) at Winslow.

SOFTBALL

YARMOUTH 12, KENNEBUNK 0: Eleanor O’Gorman went 3 for 4 and drove in six runs, including a game-ending three-run triple as the Clippers (10-6) downed the Rams (6-10) in five innings at Yarmouth.

Cat Thompson struck out two and walked four in a one-hitter for Yarmouth. She took a no-hitter into the fourth before giving up a one-out single by Gabby Harrison.

Thompson and Abby Nielsen each added two hits, including a double, for the Clippers.

LAKE REGION 5, WELLS 4: Samantha Marucci singled, then scored the winning run on a grounder by Casey Heath in the eighth inning to lift the Lakers (9-7) over the Warriors (13-3) at Naples.

Lake Region trailed 4-1 going into the bottom of the seventh but tied it behind a double by Heath, and singles by Abby Scott-Mitchell, Jackie Laurent and Destine Durant.

Wells broke a 1-1 tie with two runs in the fifth on back-to-back doubles by Lauren Bame and Sophie Lamb, and took advantage of two errors to add a run in the sixth.

Ashley Clark and Allison Morse finished with three hits apiece, and Marucci had two hits for Lake Region.

FALMOUTH 6, POLAND 1: Elizabeth Walker had three hits and drove in three runs, and Amanda Carver struck out three and walked one in a five-hitter for Falmouth (10-6) against the Knights (8-8) at Poland.

Falmouth opened the scoring on a two-run double by Julia Treadwell in the third inning and Walker followed with an RBI single.

The Knights cut it to 3-1 on an single by Madison Simard in the sixth.

Falmouth responded with three runs in the seventh on a two-run triple by Walker and an RBI single by Treadwell.
