Tony Moore, 34, of Jamaica, N.Y., was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Friday when police stopped the taxicab he was riding in on Elm Street for a traffic violation and detected the odor of marijuana. Police said Moore admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day. They said they found 17 grams of crack cocaine and two grams of marijuana concealed in his shoes and body.

Moore was charged with trafficking in scheduled drugs, a Class B felony. He was taken to the York County Jail in Alfred.
