BIDDEFORD — GWI has hired Edward Littlefield as director of support. Most recently the owner and principal of Collaborative IT Solutions LTD, Littlefield will oversee both residential and business technical and field support in his new role for GWI.
“Ed’s extensive experience in IT and managed services will be vital for us as we offer more and more managed services to our business customers,” said Vice President of Operations Heather Kelley. “His track record running large support organizations will also play a key role as we transition our residential and commercial business toward more fiber-based connections. We are pleased to welcome him to the GWI team.”
Littlefield has more than 30 years of experience leading support organizations for companies with up to 20,000 employees.
