FCBL: Paul McDonough lofted a two-run homer as the Raging Tide (8-14) scored three times in the bottom of the eighth for a 3-1 win against the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (10-12) in Old Orchard Beach.
TWILIGHT LEAGUE: Brendon Joyce tripled home two runs before scoring on Nick DiBiase’s triple as Patriot Insurance (4-3) capped a 5-0 win over Aero Heating & Ventilating (2-5) with a four-run eighth inning in Cumberland.
• Justin Ciszenski singled home two runs and also scored as Edge Academy (7-0) got all its runs in the fourth inning during a 9-5 victory over Lenders Network (1-6) in Cumberland.
Phil Levangie belted a grand slam for Lenders Network.
