8/2 at 10:45 p.m. Jordan Nielson, 23, of Cumberland Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on North Road by Officer Kerry Fulmer on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8/3 at 1:44 a.m. Susan Parker, 51, of Hogan Road, Lewiston, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

7/28 at 11:24 p.m. Samuel Johnson, 20, of Juniper East, was issued a summons on Juniper East by Officer Michael Peacock on charges of domestic violence assault and illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

8/1 at 11:35 a.m. Marcy Mains, 40, of Durham Road, New Gloucester, was issued a summons at West Main Street and Rainbow Farm Road by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
