8/4 at 11:37 a.m. Robert B. Darling, 39, of Vagabond Street, was arrested on Vagabond Street by Officer Douglas Weed on charges of disorderly conduct, violation of probation or parole, and terrorizing.

8/4 at 3:28 p.m. Guy L. Clark, 54, of Pepperbush Center, South Portland, was arrested at Pleasant Hill and Rigby roads by Sgt. Timothy Barker on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/7 at 7:38 p.m. David L. Perkins, 36, of Burham Road, was arrested at Maple Avenue and Gorham Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

8/8 at 2:25 a.m. Charles F. Ferranto Jr., 21, of U.S. Route 1, York, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Payne Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/9 at 11:55 a.m. Amanda R. Barrett, 24, of Ocean Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Payne Road and Haigis Parkway by Sgt. Timothy Barker on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating with a suspended registration and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/10 at 1:19 a.m. William C. Taylor, 29, of Common Street, Saco, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer John Gill on a charge of operating without a license and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/4 at 1:15 a.m. Cody A. Kilton, 21, of Holmes Road, was issued a summons on Holmes Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to possess or consume liquor.

8/5 at 1:04 a.m. Frederick J. Fawcett III, 57, of Trundy Road, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Old Blue Point Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of driving to endanger.

8/6 at 8:37 a.m. Margaret J. Ramus, 66, of Iranistan Road, Burlington, Vermont, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer John Gill on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/7 at 10:48 a.m. Katrina Anderson, 30, of Locust Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

8/8 at 12:19 p.m. Benjamin W. Spaulding, 39, of Tufton Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons at Oceanview and Bayview avenues by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of indecent conduct.

8/10 at 11:52 a.m. Jacquelyn C. Baptista, 29, of Soper Road, Durham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Travis Hon on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Long time coming

8/4 at 3:50 p.m. Matthew Tozier, 35, of Manchester Road, Standish, was arrested on Congress Street in Portland by Officer Thomas Reagan on an outstanding warrant from Scarborough Police. Tozier was wanted in connection with a July 2013 burglary on Clover Leaf Lane and charged with two counts of motor vehicle burglary and one count of theft by unauthorized taking.
