Maine Gov. Paul LePage and the two candidates vying to replace him, Democrat Mike Michaud and independent Eliot Cutler, will lay out their positions on energy and the environment at an event this month.
The three are scheduled to speak at the E2Tech event on Sept. 12 at University of Southern Maine’s Hannaford Hall in Portland.
Patrick Woodcock, director the Republican governor’s Energy Office, and Michael Stoddard, executive director of Efficiency Maine, will also discuss programs Mainers can take advantage of this winter to lower their heating costs.
