8/25 at 1:59 p.m. Bret J. Butterfield, 23, of Waterman Drive, Auburn, was arrested on Church Street by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/25 at 8:42 p.m. Erica L. Gray, 39, of Prospector Lane, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

8/31 at 1:54 a.m. David R. Landry, 25, of Lebanon Road, Acton, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/31 at 8:33 a.m. Joshua A. Perry, 30, of Graham Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Travis Hon on charges of assault and domestic violence assault.

Minor mistakes

8/29 at 4:42 p.m. Scarborough police sent special reserve officer Matthew Dahms, a minor, into 21 restaurants and shops to try to purchase liquor. Four servers were cited for selling him alcohol and face fines of up to $1,500.
