Family Feast is throwing a late season grill and boil, Hams and Clams, on Sept. 28 at Slab, 25 Preble St.

The event will begin at 3 p.m. with snacks and live bluegrass featuring Matt Meyer and the Gumption Junction, as well as Muddy Ruckus.

Beer will be from the Banded Horn Brewing Co.

Dinner, served around 6 p.m., will include Benton’s Smoky Mountain Hams, a clam raw bar, an Indonesian-style New England shellfish boil.

Cost is $20 at the door, but bring extra money for beer.
