Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Anthony J. Sineni, 52, of 72 Sand Beach Road, Standish, on several outstanding warrants at a residence on Shore Road in Cape Elizabeth at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27.
The warrants included charges for Class D domestic violence assaults, three Class C counts of tampering with a victim/witness/informant and Class B theft by receiving.
Sineni, a Portland-based attorney, was transported to Cumberland County Jail and released on $10,000 cash bail and will face a future court appearance. The Maine Attorney General’s Office is the prosecuting authority in this matter. The sheriff’s office said no further information can be made available, as the affidavit has been impounded.
