The reason there is so much angst about vaccines is that some children have been seriously harmed by them, and parents regret having been coerced into making their children have them. The arguments are much like those surrounding Planned Parenthood. There are those who support full consumer information and choice, and those who don’t. It is sad to read that a legislator (Rep. Anne Graham, of North Yarmouth) wants to take away parents’ right to choose whether to have their children forcibly injected with any substance.
