Maine people have been fortunate to have highly competent representation in Washington over the years. Republican Sen. Susan Collins is no exception.
I have had the pleasure of working with Sen. Collins on various health care-related issues, from policy issues related to women’s health to addressing bureaucratic hurdles that stood in the way of implementing improved health care delivery systems in Maine.
In every case, Sen. Collins has effectively advocated on behalf of Maine people by crossing party lines and identifying and promoting rational solutions to the challenges that we face as a state and a nation.
We are lucky that Sen. Collins continues the tradition of providing exceptional representation of Maine people in Washington.
