SOUTH PORTLAND — Incumbent Wayne Ross was re-elected Nov. 4 to the Portland Water District Board of Trustees.

Ross received 12,464 votes in an uncontested election for one of two seats representing South Portland and Cape Elizabeth.

Ross has lived in South Portland for 35 years and has served one five-year term on the water district board. He is a former president of Southern Maine Community College.

Ross is a member of the PWD operations committee, which oversees construction for the district.
