PARSONFIELD — One man and two women were arrested after a burglary on Thanksgiving.

The three people charged lived in the same housing complex where the crime was committed.

Those arrested include: Michael Taylor, 22, who was charged with burglary, a Class C offense; Kearstie St. Saviour, 24, who was charged with receiving stolen property, a Class C offense; and Eva Cram, 20, who was charged with unlawful possession of heroin, a Class C offense.

According to York County Sheriff Chief Dep. William King, the residents of 80 Federal Road unit 2 left their apartment on Nov. 26 due to a power outage and returned the following day.

When they returned, they discovered that somebody had forcibly entered their apartment and taken approximately $1200 worth of electronics and musical instruments.

An investigation led by Dep. Darren Cyr pointed to another resident in the housing complex as a suspect in the burglary. Deputies obtained a search warrant on Friday, Dec. 12 and executed the warrant on the same day on unit 3 of the building.

Evidence gathered during execution of the search warrant led to the arrests of the apartment residents for various offenses.

As of Sunday night, Taylor, St. Saviour and Cram are in York County Jail in Alfred pending bail. Taylor and St. Saviour are being held on $1,500 cash bail and Cram is being held on $500 cash bail.
