12/10 at 9:41 p.m. Walter S. Moody, 29, of Longley Drive, Harpswell, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Robert D. Lane on an outstanding local warrant. 

12/11 at 9:20 a.m. Mark W. Levesque, 48, of Gilman Avenue, was arrested on Gilman Avenue by Officer Jerod Verrill on an outstanding local warrant.

12/11 at 4:34 p.m. Kerrie A. Sims, 42, of Rush’s Trailer Park, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Justin Dolci on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, criminal trespass and two outstanding local warrants.

12/12 at 9:23 a.m. Kayla P. Thompson, 26, of Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested on Baribeau Drive by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating  without license and being a fugitive from justice.

12/12 at 12:34 p.m. Curtis D. Snyder, 23, no address listed, was arrested on Union Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/14 at 1:12 a.m. Kyle Herrick, 36, of Wilson Street, was arrested on Union Street by Detective William Moir on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/16 at 6:32 a.m. Joel C. Betz, 52, of Gould Road, Grandlake Stream, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/16 at 5:35 p.m. Bryan D. Wilson, 23, of Wildwood Drive, was arrested on Dunning Street by Officer Brian Funke on an outstanding local warrant.

12/12 at 1:01 p.m. Haven J. Willis, 39, of Cumberland Street, was issued a summons on Elm Street by Officer Terry Goan on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release and criminal trespass.

12/13 at 5:52 p.m. Elizabeth J. Leeman, 40, of Fowler Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer William Brown on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

A bump in the night

12/16 at 12:37 a.m. A driver called police to report that an owl had struck the side of her car on the Old Bath Road-U.S. Route 1 overpass. The dazed animal regained consciousness and flew away about 20 minutes after the accident, according to officers at the scene. No damage to the car was reported.
