The Childs family would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to the people of Standish and the Bottles for Fuel Program for supplying us with the wood to heat our home this winter.
Living in Standish is a shining example of what it means to live in small community, that there are still places where people take care of their own, and that we are surrounded by people who care.
The kindness of the people in the town of Standish continues to comfort and amaze us during this difficult time, and we are honored to call you neighbors and friends. Our Christmas has been filled with cheer, warmth and a feeling of community. From our family to yours, thank you!
