She got her start as a child actress playing Dinah Lord in the 1998 Broadway musical “High Society.” That role earned her a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical.

Next came her first film, “Camp,” in 2003. She was a regular in the hugely popular “Twilight” series, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2009 for “Up in the Air,” and took over radio airwaves with her hit “Cups” from 2012’s “Pitch Perfect.”

With her Hollywood resume continuing to grow, finally, Portland’s best-loved singer/actress is turning 30.
