ASHLAND, N.H. — Two motorcyclists who police say were clocked going nearly 120 mph on a highway in central New Hampshire are facing new charges after police found video of them travelling up to 160 mph.

Trooper Charles George was patrolling Interstate 93 in Ashland around 1:30 Monday afternoon when he saw two bikes speeding toward him. He recorded their speed at 118 mph in the 70 mph zone.

George stopped the two men and ticketed them for reckless driving.

Twenty-six-year old Christopher Grant of Manchester and 25-year-old Brandon Clark of Weare were arrested and released. WMUR-TV reports they were arrested again and charged with felonious reckless conduct.

A message left previously at a number listed in Grant’s name was not immediately returned Monday. A number for Clark could not be found.
