AUGUSTA (AP) — An Augusta couple has been ordered held without bail after pleading not guilty to what police described as a drug-related killing.

Twenty-seven-year-old Zina Marie Fritz and her boyfriend, 45-year-old Michael Sean McQuade, made their initial court appearances on Tuesday. Charges against them include murder, felony murder and robbery.

The Kennebec Journal said both waived bail hearings until a later date.

Detectives previously charged another man, 25-year-old Damik Davis of Queens, New York.

All three are charged in the death of 31-year-old Joseph Marceau of Augusta, whose body was found by police while responding to a report of a disturbance in an apartment building on Nov. 23.
