Hopefully we all agree with Connor Mullen’s plea for tolerance and respect for his “civil rights” (Maine Sunday Telegram, April 17), when he shows his support for Donald Trump. But one wonders if he has thought about the fact that his candidate has insulted women and Mexicans and threatened the civil rights of Muslims continuously during his campaign for president.
There is a disconnect here that should be pointed out to this young man.
