PORTLAND — Police said one man was shot and a second questioned in an incident at 146 Chadwick St. in the West End on Monday night.
Neither the victim nor the person questioned were identified as of Tuesday morning.
Police responded around 8:30 p.m. Monday, and the victim was taken to Maine Medical Center. The person brought in for questioning was released.
