In response to Cynthia Dill’s May 29 Maine Sunday Telegram column, “Who really cares about those emails?” (Page D1): I do.

I’m not interested in opening an argument, because I know her mind is made up, as is mine. We will have to agree to disagree.

I just want to say this: As a young airman who had a top-secret security clearance prior to the days of email, I have no doubt that had I taken some of that material home, I would have faced a court-martial.

This is exactly what Hillary Clinton did. And if she didn’t know it was wrong, she should have. She is an attorney, after all.
