Ryan P. Conger, 21, of Pine Brook, N.J., was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Gorham Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on a charge of operating under the influence.

Rebecca Adams, 29, of Standish, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. on Western Avenue by Officer Peter Corbett on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

June 26
William Nee, 30, of Scarborough, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of criminal mischief and criminal attempt.

John Foster, 30, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of criminal mischief and criminal attempt.

Jonathan W. Hines, 28, no address listed, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Main Street by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
