We were really glad to learn that Martha MacAuslan (“Molly”) has agreed to serve as a state senator, and we are urging everyone we know to vote for her.
We know her well, and have developed deep respect for her integrity, her work ethic, and above all her good sense. She embodies all the characteristics we all seek in our leaders. Having demonstrated her capabilities in local government, she is more than qualified to serve us in Augusta.
Molly is running as an independent, and will work equally well with both parties. We urge everyone in District 29 to vote for her. I think it is more important than ever to have a strong and capable state government free of partisan bickering. Voting for Martha will help make that happen.
