Two women and a young boy were taken to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries after a head-on crash on Route 115 in Windham that closed the road for two hours.

Windham Police Sgt. Jason Andrews said neither speed nor alcohol was an issue and no charges were expected. It didn’t appear that either driver was texting, either. “Looks like a vision obstruction,” Andrews said.

Diane Leeman of Windham crossed the center line in her 2005 Ford Escape, Andrews said, hitting a 2010 Mercury Milan driven by Ashley Saunders, also of Windham.

“Everybody was awake and talking,” Andrews said.
