11/28 at 5:41 p.m. Michael Koulianos, 25, no dress listed, of Indiana, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Hamilton Court on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.
12/1 at 1:14 p.m. Prudence Whorff, 34, of Prudence’s Way, was arrested by Officer Lucas Shirland on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
12/3 at 6:38 p.m. William Rocheleau, 55, of Ward Circle, Brunswick, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of indecent conduct.

11/30 at 4:22 p.m. Cassandra Coburn, 35, no address listed, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
12/3 at 10:39 a.m. Peter Havens, 33, of Pearl Street, Auburn, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of failure to notify of an accident.

12/2 at 11:04 a.m. Officer Lucas Shirland responded to Renys on Topsham Fair Mall Road, because a pair of Chippewa steel-toe boots were reported stolen. Police are reviewing photos and video from the store, which show a male replacing his shoes with the $259 boots, and leaving without paying.
