The Wal-Mart in Scarborough was briefly evacuated Monday because of an electrical fire.
A fire was reported at the store on Gallery Boulevard at 6:40 p.m., a Scarborough public safety dispatcher said. Customers and employees were evacuated from the store.
The Scarborough Fire Department cleared the scene at 7:50 p.m. and people were allowed back in the building.
