I have been driving down Douglass Street daily and watching the progress and hard – but, by the looks of it, joyous – work by my neighbors in making the first year of our Libbytown Community Garden a complete and beautiful success!

With all the crazy stuff in the news these days, this site gives me nothing but joy. My neighbors’ labor is starting to show up on their dining room tables, and their composting will make richer dirt to sustain what has been created.

All I can say is: “Hats off to all involved for the greening-up beauty that you all have done to enhance our neighborhood.”
