A Portland technology firm has formed an alliance with a West Coast company to expand its services.
Winxnet Inc., an IT outsourcing and consulting firm, is working with K&R Network Solutions, a San Diego-based managed services provider with expertise in automation and technical integration.
K&R’s specialized offerings will allow Winxnet to elevate the services it offers to clients, CEO Chris Claudio said in a news release announcing the partnership.
“To start 2018, we knew we wanted to focus on increasing our use of automation in service delivery while enhancing the depth and strength of our technical teams, without impacting the culture of client care that each company has cultivated,” Claudio said.
Although the companies are combining networks, they will maintain separate staffs, offices and brands. There will be no change in how clients access their systems or support, according to the release.
Winxnet has been named to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company list five times. Last year it reported nearly $17 million in revenue. It employs 62 people in Maine and 27 in Massachusetts and Tennessee.
