SANFORD — The following people were arrested or issued summonses Feb. 28  through March 4. If there is no listing for a specific date, it means no one was arrested or charged with a crime on that day, according to police logs provided by the agency:

• Michelle Lea Brown, 42, 251 Country Club Road,  was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft, violating conditions of release, operating after suspension and operating on a suspended registration at 9:46 a.m. Feb. 28 on Main Street.  At 7:11 p.m. Feb. 28, she was arrested and charged with assault and on a warrant on Payne Street.

• Timothy Scott Hubbard, 35, 1 Shawmut Ave., was arrested on two warrants at 12:57 p.m. Feb. 28 at the intersection of Washington Street and Riverside Avenue.

• Aurora Dawn Smith, 29, 965 Main St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at 11: 18 p.m. Feb. 28  on Cottage Street.

• Steven W. Libby, 39, 85 High St., Apt. B, was issued a summons charging he drove while his license was suspended at 8:31 a.m. on Sanford Road March 1.

• Joshua Matthew Erickson, 40, 39 River St. was arrested on a warrant on River Street at 10:37 a.m. March 1.

• Heather B. Drake, 33, 57 River St., Apt. B was issued a summons at 11:07 a.m. March 2 on Prescott Street charging she drove on a license that had been expired for more than 90 days. She was issued a summons charging the same offense the following day, March 3, at 1:11 p.m. on Main Street. 

• Randy Peterson, 30, 15 Bates St. Apt. C., was arrested on a warrant  at 6: 37 p.m. March 2 on Bowdoin Court.

• Marcus James Smith, 27, 489 Walker Road, Lyman, was arrested and charged with two counts of violating conditions of release on Deer Wander Lane  at 10:09 p.m. March 2.

• George R. Charron, 58, 354 New Bridge Road, Acton, was issued a summons charging he drove more than 30 miles over the posted speed limit on Main Street at 10:59 p.m. March 2.

• Sadie-Mae F. Poulin, 22, 18 Flagg Road, Rochester, N.H., was issued a summons at  11:17 p.m. March 2 at the intersection of Main and Heidi streets charging she drove more  than 30 miles over the posted speed limit .

• Scott Douglas French, 56, 12 King St., Apt. 2 was issued a summons charging he drove after his license was suspended following a property damage crash on Main Street at 2:24 p.m. March 3.
