FRYEBURG — Morgan Fusco had three hits, including a double and a triple, and Tina LeBlanc added a pair of doubles Friday to lead Fryeburg Academy to a 17-5 victory against York in a Western Maine Conference softball game.

Paige O’Connell and Emily Carty each chipped in with a double for Fryeburg (8-2).

Kayla Dredge hit a two-run homer and also singled for the Wildcats (3-6). Wendy Donnell and Meg Bachelder had two hits apiece.

NOBLE 11, WINDHAM 2: Jordan Boucher had two hits and drove in four runs, and Mackenzie Aleva and Abigail Sprague each added two RBI as the Knights (9-1) cruised past the Eagles (4-5) at Windham.

Raegan Kelly struck out six and allowed three hits and three walks.

Chloe Wilcox hit a two-run homer in the third inning for Windham.

THORNTON ACADEMY 14, SANFORD 2: Olivia Howe homered and singled to drive in three runs and scored three times to lead the Trojans (9-2) to a five-inning win against Sanford (1-9) at Saco.

Amanda Bogardus added three hits, two runs and an RBI.

SCARBOROUGH 11, SOUTH PORTLAND 2: Chloe Griffin struck out 10 over six innings and hit a two-run homer as the Red Storm (10-0) handled the Red Riots (5-6) at South Portland.

Isabella Dickinson chipped in with three hits and three RBI, and Hunter Greenleaf had two hits with three RBI, including a solo home run in the sixth. Laura Powell added an RBI single.

Kaylee Whitten hit an RBI single for the Red Riots.

GORHAM 16, DEERING 3: Kiana Tracy had three hits and three RBI, including two home runs, to lead Gorham (8-3) over Deering (0-10) at Portland.

Grace McGouldrick also hit two homers and finished with four RBI for Gorham.

Liz Drelich drove in two runs in the fourth inning with a triple for Deering.

PORTLAND 4, WESTBROOK 2: Jess Brown struck out 11, allowing one walk and two earned runs as the Bulldogs (5-4) defeated the Blue Blazes (3-8) at Westbrook.

Camryn LaPierre was 3 for 3, and Kimmy Goddard collected two hits and an RBI for Westbrook, which outhit Portland, 11-4.

Brown and Elaina Legere each drove in a run in the seventh to extend the Bulldogs’ lead to 4-1.

BONNY EAGLE 5, MARSHWOOD 4: Freshman Arianna Mejias singled in the winning run in the sixth inning as the Scots (5-5) downed the Hawks (3-6) at Standish.

Morgan Drinkwater hit an RBI single and Sarah Champagne had a triple as Bonny Eagle opened a 2-0 lead in the third. Marshwood answered with two runs off errors in the fourth. Mackenzie Emery hit a two-run single in the fifth as the Scots pulled ahead 4-2. Marshwood then tied it in the sixth, again on errors.

Mejias has had a grand slam and a game-winning RBI single in the last three games.

YARMOUTH 15, LAKE REGION 3: Shanti Gallivan and Tasha Powers delivered RBI singles as Yarmouth (3-4) broke a 1-1 tie with a six-run fifth inning against the Lakers (4-6) at Naples.

Hannah Merrill paced a 14-hit Yarmouth offense with three hits. Adriana Whitlock, Gallivan, Powers and Margaret McNeil added two hits each, and Ceanne Lyon struck out eight for the Clippers.

Brooke Harriman finished with two hits for the Lakers, including a two-run double. Haley Fernald singled twice for Lake Region and also scored.

MESSALONSKEE 16, BRUNSWICK 6: The Eagles (8-2) scored nine runs in the first inning and went on to defeat the Dragons (0-10) in five innings at Oakland.

OAK HILL 16, WISCASSET 0: Mahala Smith hit a home run and drove in three runs as the Raiders (7-1) rolled past Wiscasset (2-8) at Wales.

KENNEBUNK 13, CHEVERUS 9: Lindsey Gregoire decided an extra-inning game by lofting a grand slam in the top of the eighth inning to lift Kennebunk (7-3) over Cheverus/North Yarmouth Academy (3-7) at Portland.

Cheverus had tied the game with a five-run seventh, highlighted by Alexandra Hammond’s two-run homer.

MASSABESIC 17, BIDDEFORD 4: Grace Tutt had five hits, and Lacey Bean added four hits and a pair of RBI as Massabesic (8-3) stopped the Tigers (5-5) at Biddeford.

Taylor Wildes led Biddeford with four hits.

WELLS 7, CAPE ELIZABETH 1: Karissa Kenyon doubled, then scored on Abbie Hanson’s single to break a 1-1 tie in the fifth inning, and Wells (6-3) went on to beat the Capers (4-5) at Cape Elizabeth.

The Warriors added a run in the sixth before scoring four times in the seventh, including an RBI single by Emma Cousins.

Cousins finished with three hits. Julia Torre had a single and a double for the Capers and also scored.

OXFORD HILLS 7, GREELY 0: Madison Day and Ashley Childs each had two hits and three RBI to pace the Vikings (8-1) over the Rangers (5-5) at South Paris.

LEWISTON 5, POLAND 2: Meagan Gosselin and Jordan Mynahan each had two hits and an RBI as the Blue Devils (7-2) downed the Knights (5-4) at Poland.

Chloe Tufts singled in a run and scored on a sacrifce fly by Danielle Carr for Poland. Ally Gagne struck out 10 for the Knights.

MASSABESIC 15, YORK 8: Morgan Pike and Skylar Renaud scored four goals apiece for the Mustangs (6-0), who used a five-goal run in the last seven minutes to pull away from the Wildcats (3-4) at York.

Lilla Reinertson scored the first three goals as York opened with a 3-1 lead. She finished with five goals and two assists. Juliana Kiklis made 18 saves for the Wildcats.

Madison Drain and Hallie Benton chipped in with two goals apiece for the Mustangs.

MAINE GIRLS’ ACADEMY 15, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 11: Catherine Reid had six goals and four assists to pace the Lions (2-4) past NYA (2-5) at Portland.

Charlotte Spies recorded three first-half goals as Maine Girls’ Academy opened an 8-5 lead. Spies finished with four goals and two assists, and Lily LaCasse added three goals and three assists.

Bella MacMahon and Amber Rose had two goals and two assists each for the Panthers, with Natalie Farrell adding a pair of goals.

LAWRENCE 15, CAMDEN HILLS 9: Cass Poli scored seven goals to lead the Bulldogs (5-2) at Fairfield.

Nora Buck scored three goals for Lawrence.

FREEPORT 14, OCEANSIDE 2: Taylor Rinaldi and Taylor Dostie each had two goals and an assist as the Falcons (4-2) defeated Oceanside (0-6) at Freeport.

Maggie Murray added two goals for Freeport, and Emily Tyler and Nichole Ladd scored for the Mariners.

Piper Sherbert made three saves and Jessie Driscoll keyed a strong defense for the Falcons.

LAKE REGION 17, BIDDEFORD 7: Melissa Bonenfant had four goals and two assist, Lindsey Keenan added three goals and five assists, and Rachel Shanks finished with four goals for the Lakers (6-1) against the Tigers (5-2) at Naples.

Maddie Nelson and Emily Lake combined to make 20 saves for Lake Region.

Paige Laverriere scored twice and added an assist for Biddeford.

PORTLAND 20, EDWARD LITTLE 8: Morgan Kierstead scored six goals as the Bulldogs (6-2) beat Edward Little (1-4) at Portland.

Annika More recorded three goals and an assist for Portland, and Chloe Kilbride, Isabella More, Hazel Praught and Elena Clifford added two goals each.

ST. DOMINIC 21, MORSE 5: Caroline Gastonguay, Charlotte Gastonguay and Mia-Angeline Leslie scored five goals apiece as the Saints (4-1) handled the Shipbuilders (3-3) at Auburn.

Avery Lutrzykowski added two goals and four assists, and Emma Theriault had two assists for St. Dom’s.

Emily Martin scored three goals for Morse.
