We are pleased to support Bill Holmes to serve as the city of Westbrook’s representative to the Board of County Commissioners.

I am a retired teacher in the Westbrook school system. My husband, Bob, enjoyed a lengthy career at the S.D. Warren/Sappi paper mill and is a lifelong Westbrook resident.

We have developed a very close friendship with Bill and his wife, Lori, over the years and have come to know Bill as a compassionate, hardworking and honest person.

Bill has worked for Cumberland County for 37 years and has a great deal of experience in public safety management.
