OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Oct. 22 to Nov. 4.
• Jeffrey Roy, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle for more than 150 days at 6:40 a.m. on Oct. 24.
• Peter Moreno, 25, of Saco, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with operating without a license, criminal mischief – damage/destroy property of another, and fugitive from justice for crime committed in another state at 12:03 na.m. on Oct. 25.
• Gladys Coyne, 78, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license at 6:28 p.m. on Oct. 25.
• Vicki Watts, 57, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant at 12:08 a.m. on Oct. 28.
• Andrew Bushey, 25, of Windham, was issued a summons or operating with a suspended registration at 9:35 p.m. on Oct. 28.
• Chad Conant, 36, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release at 2:27 p.m. on Oct. 30.
• Chantell Aubut, 21, of Milan, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for minor having false identification at 3:19 p.m. on Oct. 31.
• Sadiya Handule, 22, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended registration at 2:15 a.m. on Nov. 1.
• Aric Cody, 28, of South Portland, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, causing serious bodily injury without a weapon at 2:53 a.m. on Nov. 1.
