12/8 at 1:33 p.m. Arthur Black, 35, no address listed, was arrested on Cumberland Avenue in Portland, by Officer Philip Longanecker on charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking. 

12/8 at 3:42 p.m. Andrew P. Horan, 32, of Oxford, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Philip Longanecker on a charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

12/9 at 1:33 a.m. Daniel B. Weldon, 27, of Windham, was arrested on Route 703 by Sgt. Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence. 

12/9 at 6:13 p.m. Michael Liotard, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kim Theriault on a charge of operating without a license.
