SANFORD – The following people were charged or issued a summons by Sanford Police from Jan. 4 to Jan. 9.

• Eugene Stewart Tarbox, 39, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime after a report of a disturbance on Malcolm Avenue.

• Keegan Whelan, 22, Lebanon, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on Main Street.

• Lisa M. Michetti, 53, Sanford, was issued a summons charging assault on Montreal Street.

• Sarah Kelly Roy,. 38, Springvale, was issued a summons on Emery Street charging she failed to register her vehicle for more than 150 days.

• Nicholas P. Trynor, 24, Sanford, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Island Avenue.

• Bernice E. Madore, 62, Sanford was issued a summons charging assault on Bowdoin Street.

• Kristin M. Fraser, 28, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a vehicle crash on Winter Street.

• Caleb Austin Warner, 21, Sanford, was issued a summons on Bodwell Street charging criminal mischief.
