FALMOUTH — Falmouth Memorial Library will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking for its $6.6 million renovation and expansion project at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at 5 Lunt Road.

The library will open in temporary space at the Mason-Motz Activity Center, 190 Middle Road, on April 1, and is holding a moving sale 2-5 p.m. Friday, March 29, and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, March 30.

The sale will feature donated items, as well as bookcases, chairs and other library furnishings that will not be needed in a new building.

Volunteers are needed to help with the sale. Anyone interested should email fmllibrary@falmouthmemoriallibrary.org.
