KENNEBUNK — Woodfords Family Services will host an open house at its new Kennebunk location at 5 Fletcher St. on Tuesday, June 11 from 3:30 to 6 p.m.

The organization will be joined by the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport-Arundel Chamber of Commerce for a special ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 p.m. Refreshments will be provided, and the community is encouraged to attend.

Woodfords Family Services is a statewide nonprofit committed to the support and inclusion of people with special needs and their families in Maine communities. The organization provides an array of clinical, educational, and family support services to more than 1,500 families, while also providing training opportunities to hundreds of community members each year.

Woodfords’ new Kennebunk location will serve as its York County hub.

The agency will offer on-site programming including summer and afterschool programs for children with autism and related disabilities, as well as Expeditions-South, a community supports day program for adults with special needs. Additionally, Woodfords will offer behavioral health home services, adult case management, and residential and shared living services coordinated out of the Kennebunk office.
