BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from July 21 to July 31, 2019:

• Dominique N. Wilson, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Monica M. DeVincent, 42, of Natick, Massachusetts, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

• Shelley A. Chartier, 49, of Waltham, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Keri G. Morgan, 23, of Saco, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, possessing a suspended driver’s license, violating conditions of release and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Catherine C. Seavey. 53. of Milbridge, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Kailey R. Prejean, 23, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Kevin P. Descoteaux, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for sale/use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of heroin.

• Cole J. Sheets, 20, of Windham, was issued a summons for illegally transporting drugs by a minor, a minor transporting liquor and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

• John P. Smalley, 42, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for consuming/use marijuana in a public place where smoking is prohibited.

• Robert L. Gray, 53, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with a prior offense.

• Jonathan Payeur, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate, theft by receiving stolen property and violating conditions of release.

• Raymond E. Woodburn, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Denise M. Ruel, 51, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Amber J. Day, 19, of Sanford, was issued a summons for assault.

• Natasha R. Hassapelis, 18, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.

• Lillian S. Slauson, 20, of Rumford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Johnathan Brady, 22, of Sanford, was arrested for two outstanding warrants.

• Kirsten E. Tomlin, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unlawful taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Daniel Wrzesniak, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault.

• Ronald J. Lussier, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Anthony M. Banks, 36, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Antonio A. Sotelo, 43, a transient, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked for operating a motor vehicle under the influence with a prior offense and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with two prior offenses.

• Adam C. Whitney, 39, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Keashaun W. Moody, 22, of Saco, was arrested for assault.

• Taylor M. Hartley, 24, of Saco, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
