SANFORD – The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police from Aug. 22 to Aug. 26, 2019:
• Steven Lachance, 58, of Berwick, was issued a summons charging he failed to register his vehicle for more than 150 days on Main Street.
• Carly Aline Zysk, 34, of Lebanon was arrested on a warrant at the intersection of Oxford St. and Forest Avenue.
• Sean D. Chambers, 29, of Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and violating conditions of release on Main Street.
• Joshua Paul Ouellette, 25, of Sanford was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Randall A,. Whitten, 33, of Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a crash on New Dam Road.
• Mark Nolet, 30, of Sanford, was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence assault on Emery Street.
• Frank J. Brown, 41, of Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Main Street.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
