BIDDEFORD  — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Aug. 8 to Aug. 17, 2019:

• Steven M. Bailey, 51, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.

• Jesse R. Coffin, 30, of Saco, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combo).

• Kyle D. Campbell, 32 of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• David Jeans, 33, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault and violating conditions of release.

• Kelly R. Donnelly, 24, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Stanley G. Dennison, 51, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

• Brodey J. Jones, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for disorderly conduct and fighting.

• Michael A. Gonyer, 28, of Salem, Massachusetts, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Michael W. Verney, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Gregory R. Panora, 39, of Saco, was issued a summons for failing to obtain a driver’s license.

• Daniel P. Cochrane, 57, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Tony Frazier, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Adara M. Curran, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Kenneth E. Moulton, 38, of Portland, was issued a summons for using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker.

• Jeffrey K. Smith, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Jessica G. Jackson-Robinson, 33, of Waterboro, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Kevin A. Royer, 25, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and possession of a suspended driver’s license.

• Ronald J. Jewett, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order.

• Pauline A. Chase, 45, of Limington, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Stanley G. Dennison, 51, of Biddeford, was arrested for disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, drinking in public and public urination or defecation.

• Tamara A. Navarro, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Patricia M. Fancuilli, 45, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.

• James G. Fagan, 53, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Sturgis J. Whalen, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Christopher R. Saunders, 41, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for public urination or defecation.

• Steven C. Bailey, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Jessica Carroll, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• James A. Gallant, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault with prior domestic violence offenses.

• Nelly M. Klein, 35, of Dunellen, New Jersey, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Coby A. Lord, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
