OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from July 22 to July 28, 2019:
• Erik Day, 30, of Portland, was arrested and charged with obstructing government administration, failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth; assault and refusing to sign a uniform or violation summons or complaint.
• James Townsend, 58, of Saco, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
• Devin Kass, 20, of North Waterboro, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended registration,.
• Jose Rodriguez, 50, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for assault.
• Alexander Pinette, 31, of Portland, was arrested and charged with violating bail conditions of release.
• Alexis Touchette, 21, of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons and charged with drinking in public.
• Jeremy Lamontagne, 21, of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons and charged with drinking in public.
• David Comeau, 20, of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.
• Essa Gassab, 24, of Saco, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and violating bail conditions of release.
• Christopher Lunde, 25, of Hull, Massachusetts was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Ahmed Ali Had Al-Jameel, 18, of Westbrook was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license.
• Simon Desjardins, 33, of Mascouche, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons and charged with drinking in public.
• Kayleigh Smith, 22, of Gorham, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Colby Trudeau, 21, of South Burlington, Vermont was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Brent Childs, 56, of Litchfield was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination outdoors or in public.
• Richard Roberts, 36, of Scarborough was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination outdoors or in public.
• Floyd Goding, 30, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on a warrant.
• Noah Libby, 21, of Auburn was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle.
• Alexandre Ferreira Barros, 52, of Cambridge, Massachusetts was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license and failure to register a vehicle.
• Sashwath Siram, 18, of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.
• George Stamboules, 45, of Turner, was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination outdoors or in public.
• Eric Dadie, 28, of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada was arrested and charged with failure to submit to arrest or detention/refusal to stop.
• Michael Pingaro, 35, of Winthrop, was arrested and charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop.
• Simon Desjardins, Mascouche, Quebec, Candada was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Caitlin Drouin, 18, of Windham, was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination outdoors or in public.
• Gaspard Vie, 20, of St. Lambert, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for minor possessing liquor.
• Isaac Noel, 20, of Greenfield Park, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for minor possessing liquor.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
