BREWSTER, Mass. – Robert S. Jackson of Brewster, Mass., affectionately known as Ti to his loved ones, passed peacefully on Feb. 3, 2021 at the age of 87. He was born in Bath, Maine on March 14, 1933 to Stella (Dupres) and Mark Jackson.

Prior to graduating from Bentley and Fairleigh Dickinson University he served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.

He married Elizabeth Thurston of Camden, Maine in 1957. The family was raised in Randolph, N.J. Bob spent over 35 years commuting to NYC and EARNED his retirement from Stone and Webster as a prominent expert witness in the utilities industry.

Ti was a black belt in Taekwondo, a maker of tarts, crossword aficionado and Yahtzee champion! His musical interests varied but he especially loved Leonard Cohen.

A gentle soul with a sharp intellect, Bob will be missed at the gaming table by his two children, Karen and Mark, and five grandchildren, Sara, Zach, Erika, Julia and Robert. We all loved him dearly.

A graveside service will be held at a later date. For online condolence messages, please visit http://www.nickersonfunerals.com.
