What a shameful contrast between the fight for freedom in Ukraine and the one supposedly for freedom in America.
While Ukrainians courageously put their lives on the line to block convoys of invading tanks and save their country from an unwarranted and vicious Russian assault, here in America, a convoy of huge trucks is planning to block thoroughfares in Washington, D.C., to protest mandates invoked to save the lives of fellow citizens.
Wearing a mask and getting vaccinated, as Americans have in the past, are clearly too great a burden to bear to help save the nation from the ravaging consequences of a deadly disease. One can only weep for Ukraine’s future and for what America has become.
