I appreciate that there are men who speak up in support of a woman’s right to an abortion. But let’s take it a step further.

It takes two people to make a baby. Women don’t just “get pregnant.” There might be fewer unwanted pregnancies if women could count on men to accept full responsibility for their own actions, either to help prevent an unwanted pregnancy in the first place or to support any child that results.

Birth control and abortion are not women’s issues, they’re couples’ issues.
