I fully realize that we are all inundated with bad news these days: inflation, COVID, gun violence, reproductive rights, ad nauseam. And I care deeply about each of these issues, but none of it will matter much if we don’t take radical (yes, I said radical) steps to save the planet on which we live – the only one we’ve got.
There have been great achievements, such as the Webb telescope, billionaires riding into space and NASA’s plans to go to Mars, but it all means nothing if the world doesn’t have enough drinkable water or food and large numbers of people are forced to migrate here (or elsewhere) to survive.
It’s time to elect some radicals.
