Saco-based singer-songwriter Laurie Jones released the album “Dark Horse” last fall, and there’s a new video out for the single “Resurrecting Joan.”
The song is a combustible homage to Joan of Arc but also a battle cry to reclaiming your power in the face of relationship complications and other dark forces.
You can see Jones live on Sept. 10 in Buxton as part of the Bands Behind the Barn series, as well as on Sept. 23 at the Common Ground Fair in Unity and Oct. 1 at the Special Olympics in Skowhegan.
